Fast weight loss with an underactive thyroid

1. Starting your plan

4. Avoid certain foods
Avoid foods that interfere with thyroid function including cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, peanuts, pinenuts and linseeds.
5. Up antioxidants
Eat food high in antioxidants, such as blueberries, cherries and tomatoes
